The Story Behind the lens
capturing the raw beauty of world destinations & Wild Spaces
Welcome to Open Road Imagery. Founded with a passion for exploration and storytelling, my work centers on bringing the world’s most compelling landscapes, iconic landmarks, and wild encounters into your home.
Exploring has always been a part of who I am—to see, feel, and sense a place for myself and capture its vibrancy through my writing and photography.
I hope the places in these photos capture your heart and imagination as they have mine. Every fine art print in this gallery reflects a moment of patience, journey, and connection.
What Collectors Say
OpenRoadImagery is a GREAT…Etsy vendor…I have used Julie and her wonderful photography site…to help me find the ‘perfect’ landscape photos, for my WW2 Collection. Her photos of Utah Beach and the remaining Nazi Gun Battery at Longues-sur-Mer were perfect! Her photography shows both the “beauty and the massive struggle”…that took place at this Normandy D-Day Battlefield on 6/6/1944…as it looks TODAY…I JUST STARE at the photos…I visited Normandy, France, in October 2025…these were the PERFECT pics that I have been looking for …Julie (owner) was a perfect guide and made sure everything got to me PERFECTLY!
