Coffee is 98 percent water. Often overlooked, the quality of the water is as important as the quality of the coffee. 1. The product itself I have no problem with. However your billing process

I do. In particular shipping charges are not up front so you know what they. They seemed deliberitly hidden until the very end of ordering process. Until this is fixed I will not be useing your service.

    Thank You

  2. Works great. Like being able to get up in the morning and have the coffee already made. Pouring can be a minor problem. Water opening could be larger.

This item is exactly like the one filter that came with the new coffee maker.

I really don’t know if this filter is necessary. The price is a little high too. I guess if you live in a area with poor water quality, it then would be necessary

I decided to stop using these expensive filters. I already have a Brita charcoal activated filter and use that filtered water directly into my Cuisinart. No problem and very good coffee. When I was using the small Cuisinart filters, I experienced a lot of problems with slow water feed resulting in steam and other problems. I decided, after spending some $16 on filters over a period of a year, that I was just wasting money on these filters. I cleaned the coffee maker after I stopped using the filters, am getting excellent coffee and no more slow water feed and a fine running coffee maker. The coffee tastes as good or better. But, please note that I am using filtered water – just not filtering it in the coffee maker.
